JV Level – Baseball Diamond Program Our Junior Varsity level program offers a comprehensive 12-week experience designed to elevate your son's pitching and hitting game. The program is split into two focused phases: Phase 1: Instruction & Development (Weeks 1–6, 60 minute sessions) Over the first six weeks, players will receive in-depth instruction on the mental and mechanical aspects of pitching and hitting (30 minutes each). This includes: Advanced drills to improve technique Mental approach to pitching and hitting and in-game strategy Development toward becoming a complete, confident pitcher and hitter Phase 2: Live Action Training (Weeks 7–12, 90 minute sessions 6-7:30pm) The second half of the program transitions to live pitching and hitting in a game-like atmosphere. Each player receives real-time coaching before, during, and after their at-bats to simulate in-game decision-making and pressure. We also integrate Rapsodo Hitting Technology, providing data-driven feedback on: Exit velocity Launch angle and distance Spin rate Pitch location Projected hit placement on the field This level is ideal for players serious about taking their pitching to the next level in preparation for high school, college, or competitive travel baseball.
